How to Claim Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Mehsonline.com via phone or email. Our support team will register your complaint and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
for tracking. Once you have received the RMA number, you must return the defective product to
Mehsonline.com with the RMA number clearly labeled on the package. Please also include a copy of
your invoice and any relevant email correspondence.
To avoid damage during shipping, we recommend taking proper precautions when packaging your product. Mehsonline.com is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. We also do not accept packages sent using Collect on Delivery (COD) or any other prepaid shipping methods. Shipping costs for returning defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. If eligible for reimbursement, we will process it accordingly
