Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in manufacturing, not Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or physical harm (e.g., dropping). Mehsonline.com makes no claims regarding the fitness of the product for any specific use or the accuracy of the manufacturer’s representations.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Mehsonline.com via phone or email. Our support team will register your complaint and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for tracking. Once you have received the RMA number, you must return the defective product to Mehsonline.com with the RMA number clearly labeled on the package. Please also include a copy of your invoice and any relevant email correspondence.
To avoid damage during shipping, we recommend taking proper precautions when packaging your product. Mehsonline.com is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. We also do not accept packages sent using Collect on Delivery (COD) or any other prepaid shipping methods. Shipping costs for returning defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. If eligible for reimbursement, we will process it accordingly.

Shipping Charges & Pickup Services

Mehsonline does not cover the cost of shipping for warranty returns. However, if you require pickup and delivery services for your defective item, there will be an AED 50 charge for our pickup and dropoff services. Once the item is confirmed as defective and covered under warranty, we will inform you and arrange for either shipping it back to you or notify you when it is available for pickup.
The estimated turnaround time for replacement or repair of defective products is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer or supplier. We advise customers to directly contact the manufacturer for faster resolution. Some manufacturers offer direct replacements or expedited warranty services, such as cross-shipping or next-day deliveries.
Mehsonline.com can facilitate warranty claims between customers and manufacturers, but we will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty services. Additionally, if the returned product is found to be non-defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that Mehsonline.com is bound by the service level provided by the manufacturer or supplier, so we encourage customers to review the warranty terms carefully before initiating a return.

Customer Satisfaction & Standard Return Policy

Promotional, Sale, Discount, and Special Offer Products Return Policy

Items purchased through promotions, deals, sales, discounts, or clearance events are subject to a different return policy. Returns for refunds are not allowed for these products. However, customers may return items for replacement within 14 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee of 15% will apply on returns.
Additionally, no warranty will be offered for products purchased through promotional deals, special offers, bundled packages, or those labeled as free or super low-price items.
