Professional digital kitchen thermometer made of ABS with stainless steel probe. A kitchen essential for measuring the internal temperature of solid and liquid food fast and accurately. The thermometer measures the temperature of food while cooking, but also of frozen food. The adjustable probe measures 11cm in length. Temperature range measured: -50° to +300°C. Made of ABS with an LCD screen. Powered by AAA batteries (included). Automatic power off. Ergonomic handle with wrist band. Temperature readings shown in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Warnings: Do not leave the probe at length in food while cooking. Instructions: To display maximum and minimum temperature: Press MAX/MIN to show the maximum temperature measured, then press the button again to show the minimum temperature measured. Press again to return to the standard screen setting. To erase the temperatures held in the thermometer’s memory, press the button MAX/MIN for approx. 3 seconds. Cautions: The thermometer is not dishwasher safe. The thermometer is not waterproof. Clean with a damp cloth. The thermometer carries a CE marking and RoHS compliance certification.
