With a size of Ø 22.0 cm and a height of 5.5 cm, it’s ideal for making classic trois frères cakes and other layered desserts. The mold heats evenly and can be safely used in traditional ovens up to 230°C, ensuring consistent results every time.

For best results, wash before first use and lightly grease the inside surface with oil, butter, or margarine before baking. Allow your cake to cool slightly before removing it from the mold. Hand-washing with dish soap is recommended, and the mold should be dried immediately after cleaning.
